Yes, all payments are 3D secure and validated by your bank when your order is complete. Authentication is specific to each bank, and your order will only be dispatched after authorisation from your bank.
You can return or exchange your order within 30 days of receiving it. Orders must be returned in the condition you received them for an exchange or full refund.

Once your order is placed, it will be dispatched on the next business day. It will then be shipped using DHL International which you will be able to track once the order has been dispatched. All orders are sent from our UK distribution centre.

We have two packaging options to choose from. We have our signature packaging line or our eco-packaging. See both the options here. All the packaging we use is made sustainably, with the environment in mind.
All international shipments are free up when you spend over £300. All shipments are guaranteed by DHL International and shipped from our UK distribution centre.
This depends on your location. If you are required to pay duty and import charges, any charges will be displayed prior to the completion of your order.
Once your order is complete, you’ll be sent a unique tracking number for reference. This will allow you to follow your purchase to the point of delivery.

Yes, of course. Please log into your account and click on the order you wish to exchange. Once the original item has been sent back to us in perfect condition, we will then exchange your required style or size and send it to your desired delivery address.
We will process your refund when your return order has been and checked. Refunds normally take 3 to 5 business days, depending on your bank or payment method.
Any product returned must be in the same condition you as received it. If it is damaged or has been worn, we’ll void any return policy and no exchange or refund can be processed.
Unfortunately, duties and import charges are non-refundable. These payments belong to the authorities they were made to.
