If preferred, you can opt to pay with PayPal. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be redirected to the PayPal site to ‘Log In’ and review the amount shown before clicking ‘Pay Now’. Upon completing the transaction you will automatically return to W. RUBENS for confirmation of your order.
We also accommodate Apple Pay. When using this option please make sure you’re signed in to your account.
Payment is only debited from your card as a payment reservation until your order has either been completed or cancelled. All transactions, with the inclusion of refunds, are to be done in Pound Sterling (GBP).
Possible transfer fees as well as bank service charges might be charged to customers outside the UK, subject to the bank clearance. If the customer is charged transaction fees by their bank, W. RUBENS will not refund these charges.
At W. RUBENS we employ the best in-class security tools and practices to ensure a high level of security with each transaction. The state of the art server security software encryption used (Stripe) provides the safe storage and bug proof transmission of your card details. You may be asked to verify your identity due to new 2-factor authentication requirements from your bank, proving that it is you and not someone else using your payment card.
With this new process your details are even safer. You’ll be directed to a page to answer security questions, or asked to authorise the payment using your mobile phone. Once completed, you will once more return to W. RUBENS to complete your transaction.
Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination. Make sure you select your location to view the correct local market pricing, delivery times and shipping costs.
Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through W. RUBENS. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau or by hiring a customs broker.
Please note refunds normally take 3 to 5 working days, however some refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. Your shipping costs will be excluded unless the item is faulty.
